Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars was quietly released into the App Store this evening. Chinatown Wars for the iPhone seems to lie somewhere in between the DS and PSP versions in regards to graphical quality, but as far as pure GTA gameplay, everything so far seems intact. (Complete with an awful lot of swearing.)

Is there anyone who doesn't know what need for speed is. Yeah that's what I thought so. Electronic Arts finally brings Need for Speed Shift to iPhone ($9.99 iTunes link ). So lets find out is it worth to buy or not cause this game is not one of those $0,99 game on app store. ,NFS Shift now includes 18 tracks worldwide (Chicago, Tokyo, London and more), 20 different cars ( Maserati, Porshe 911, BMW M3), Multiplayer mode up to 6 players over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.

Gameloft has released their new First person Shooting game N.O.V.A. (Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance) for iPhone and iPod Touch. This is their one of the latest big game for 2010 with Avatar. The game is available on iTunes Store for $6.99. (surprised $3 chepear than Avatar) With 3 control schemes and customizable interface, N.O.V.A. offers a length single-player campaign and online multiplayer.

Just as Ubisoft is creating a console game based on the upcoming Avatar movie, Gameloft is assembling an iPhone game as well. This is now out in some countrys and will be with the rest of us around midnight local time tonight.

I kinda like the way they’re getting these top console games so quickly onto the iPhone these days. Just a month or so after the first official Formula One game for several years hit the Nintendo Wii and PSP, Codemasters has announced that a version of it will be available in the App Store from next week.

Viva Veggie (iTunes Link) is a strategy game involving growing and managing multiple vegetable crops within a 12 month seasonal cycle.

Impulse Soccer (iTunes Link) is an awesome turn based soccer game. The best part is you can play a friend on the same device by taking turns. Highly recommended for a laugh. Great mix of soccer and strategy. Addictive As! Perfect for kids on roadplane trips!

Colorix (iTunes Link) is a must try puzzle game with really nice graphics for the fans of Tetris-like games. it's $2.99.
Once you start you can’t stop! What makes this Colorix really interesting and exciting is combos.

Apple's (AAPL) iPhone App Store is most popular for its free and cheap apps. As a result, most apps and casual games are available for 99 cents or less. But there are plenty of expensive apps in the App Store, too, and people do buy them.

There are currently thousands of games vying for your attention in the numerous app stores - and the numbers are growing at an exponential rate. The majority are free, but there are games out there which aren't afraid to take a hefty chuck from your wallet.

Call of Duty is a huge franchise, and what better way to expand that franchise then to unleash it, World of War style, on the iPhone and iPod touch — and add Zombies. Call of Duty: World at War: Zombies [$9.99 - iTunes link] contains only one map right now, “Nacht der Untoten” (Night of the undead) but allows 4 player multiplay via WiFi and over the internet, or 2 over Bluetooth. There are three control schemes, achievements, leader-boards, and the promise of in-app purchases (map expansions?) later.
